We had the most amazing trip from start to finish because of Tony and Johnny. We went places most tours would never take you. They really personalized the tour to give us a real taste of Scotland. We had a fantastic family trip seeing Scotland. We planned it with Tony and he came through exceeding our expectations. We had 4 great days of tours and were able to add some special excursions to our list. We even were able to use the vehicles as transfers between Aberdeen Inverness and Glasgow. Both Tony and Johnny love what they are doing and you can definitely tell they love their home! Thank you so much for the great experience!

Absolutely fabulous custom tailored tour of the isle of Skye! The tour guides not only had expensive local knowledge of sites and attractions, but also took the time to truly find out our Groups, individual once and desires and tailored a trip directly to our needs! If we could give them 10 stars, we would hands-down know better tour company in Inverness!

Me and my family enjoyed our tour in the highlands, Tony was a great guide and really gave a good insight to the places we visited. We really enjoyed our time with Tony. The schedule was slightly modified for our needs, which was very convenient. Tony had a great knowledge of the locations and was familiar with the staff everywhere we went. He was able to share a lot of knowledge with us about the history and the local culture. I highly recommend these tours, we wish we could have done more.

My husband and I were visiting Inverness and booked a tour of local highland places around Inverness. The tour included Clava Cairns, Culloden Battlefield, Cawdor Castle, and Great Glen Distillery. Tony Munro was our tour guide and we cannot recommend him enough! The tour was only 2 other people (a welcomed change of pace from the full day packed bus tour to Isle of Skye the previous day). The van was very comfortable. Tony was so knowledgeable and personable as our tour guide and was able to bring in the local perspective, including local spots that we would’ve missed otherwise! He made sure that everyone was having a great time, took some photos for us (another welcomed change to our selfie game), and answered all our questions. Instead of touring Urquhart Castle, Tony recommended touring Cawdor Castle and we are so glad we made that change. It was well worth the trip. He brought us also to a local farm the Robertsons Farm where we got to meet black and furry, 600 kilo Jamie Mackenzie Fraser… the Highland Coo of course. If you are traveling to Inverness and are looking for an unforgettable tour with an experienced local tour guide, you definitely need to book with Tony Munro!

We had the best personal tour of Invergordon with our guide Tony. He was there to greet our party of 6 with a sign placard so he was easy to find. Our tour went to all the important sites of Invergordon and to many unknown local gems. I would highly recommend this tour agency to anyone who wants a very personal experience.

As a military historian, I had always wanted to visit Culloden and my wife had wanted to see Loch Ness so coming in to Invergorden on a cruise ship seemed an ideal opportunity. The ship tours did not do both and Highland Guided Tours accommodated us superbly, even taking in Fort George and some of the scenic back roads. Tony was very knowledgeable and an excellent guide. Moreover, got us back to the ship exactly on time. A very enjoyable and memorable day

We had an amazing trip with Tony on our tour around the Inverness area. He picked us up right on time at our cruise ship and despite rainy weather, he got us to all the great sites including Cawdor Castle, Clava Cairns, Loch Ness, Highland Coos and more. We were easily able to shift plans due to the rain, and he gave us great commentary along the way. It’s such a beautiful area, and he showed us even more than we thought we would be able to see. Tony was great! He was clever to avoid the crowds, showed us hidden spots off the beaten path, and secrets to avoid wasting time and money. What an enjoyable experience and learner so much.

Tony was kind and flexible with our family tour (2 adults, 2 kids). Tour was easy and fun, fitted exactly with what we wanted, additional information was provided when asked, he knows hidden gems and local history and tells it in entertaining funny stories.

We had an amazing time on our Inverness tour. Tony was confident in his knowledge and added humor to the day as well. Took us to a cool little spot to taste GIn made from Loch Ness water. Found is the best spot to see Castle ulqurat and photograph without wasting our time and money. Looking back on the trip, we packed a ton of adventure into that day. I would highly recommend!
